The Carderock Springs Dive Team (CSDT) provides a fun and challenging opportunity for children and young adults from 5 - 18 to learn new skills, compete, stay in great physical condition, and encourage and make friends with other team members. For parents, CSDT provides a great opportunity to watch your children grow physically and mentally, and to meet your neighbors in a fun and exciting atmosphere. So grab your shammy, lather on the sunscreen, and join the gang poolside for six weeks of good times.
