Carderock Adult Classes offer a variety of options for our members and guests. The NTRP programs are level-based doubles clinics that are designed to improve your technical and strategic skills. Carderock Cardio classes are an excellent way to get the exercise you desire while playing the game you love! Our Fed Ball Cardio are fast-paced, heart-pumping classes.
